1. Services

Mohit Stack provides freelance web development services including frontend, backend, and full-stack development. The scope of each project is defined in a written proposal agreed upon before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

50% of the agreed project fee is due before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be arranged. All fees are non-negotiable once agreed.

3. Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included in every project. Additional revision rounds will be quoted and billed separately at an hourly rate.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the complete source code and all assets created for your project. Mohit Stack retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Timelines

Project timelines are estimates. Delays caused by late feedback, scope changes, or third-party dependencies are not the responsibility of Mohit Stack.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project details, pricing, and business information confidential. An NDA can be signed upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mohit Stack's liability is limited to the project fee paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the delivered product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, arbitration.
